§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid license or in violation of this Chapter 117 or any person who violates any provision of this Chapter 117 is subject to a suit for injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.
   (B)   In addition, if any person, including but not limited to any licensee, employee, customer or patron, fails or refuses to obey or comply with or violates a provision of this Chapter 117, such person, upon conviction of such violation by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $200.00. Each violation or non-compliance shall be considered a separate and distinct offense. Each day of continued violation or non-compliance shall be considered as a separate offense.
   (C)   All remedies and penalties provided for in this Chapter 117 shall be cumulative and independently available to the City and the City shall be authorized to pursue any and all remedies to the fullest extent allowed by law.
