§ 117.30 CALCULATION OF TIME.

(A) The time within which any act required by chapter is to be done shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last day, unless the last day is Saturday, Sunday, or a Federal or State of Illinois holiday, in which case it shall be excluded.

(B) If the day immediately following each Saturday, Sunday or holiday is also a Saturday, Sunday or holiday then such succeeding day shall also be excluded.
