(C) (1) Each sexually oriented business shall insure that an employee is stationed as an attendant at each public entrance to the interior of the sexually oriented business at all times during such sexually oriented business’ regular business hours. The attendant shall prohibit any person under the age of 18 years from entering the sexually oriented business.
