§ 32.072 APPROPRIATION AND LEVY OF A SPECIAL TAX.
   The City Council shall appropriate and levy a special tax for the use, maintenance and operation of the City Park system and all funds received from such levy shall be separately accounted for by the Finance Director of the City to insure that said funds are solely used for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Park system.
