(A) Every application for a sexually oriented business license (whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by a $120.00 non-refundable application, inspection and license fee.
(B) Every application for a sexually oriented business employee license (whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by an annual $12.00 non-refundable application and license fee.
(C) All license applications and fees shall be submitted to the City Clerk.
(D) The license fee described above shall be prorated from the date of application based on the number of months (or part thereof) remaining in the licensing period prior to expiration on April 30.
