§ 115.05 PERSONS INELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE LICENSE.
   The following groups or individuals are ineligible to receive a raffle or poker run license:
   (A)   Any person who has been convicted of a felony;
   (B)   Any person who is or has been a professional gambler or professional gambling promoter;
   (C)   Any person who in default of any payment to the City or any person who has been convicted of or assessed a penalty for any violation of § 110.04 or who has had any license issued under the Revised Code of Ordinances revoked during a five year period prior to application;
   (D)   Any person who is not of good moral character;
   (E)   Any organization in which a person described in subsections (A), (B), (C) or (D) of this Subsection has proprietary, equitable, or credit interest, or in which such person is active and employed;
   (F)   Any organization in which a person described in subsection (A), (B), (C) or (D) of this Subsection is an officer, director, or employee, whether compensated or not; and
   (G)   Any organization in which a person described in subsections (A), (B), (C) or (D) of this Subsection is to participate in the management or operation of a raffle.
