§ 32.031 EXHAUSTION OF APPROPRIATION OR FUND.
   Whenever any appropriation or fund is exhausted, the Finance Executive immediately shall notify the City Manager thereof, and he shall not thereafter draw any warrant against any such fund or appropriation until the same shall be renewed.
