(A) Any Establishment or other person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Section shall be fined not less than $750.00 for each video gaming terminal for which no valid license has been obtained or maintained and/or $750.00 for each other violation of this Ordinance; and a separate offense shall be deemed to be committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) In addition to any penalty or fine imposed for violations of this Section, the City Clerk may revoke any license for any violation of this Section after affording the licensee (Establishment) due notice and opportunity to be heard in its own defense.
