Any person violating any provision of this Section shall become subject to revocation and/or suspension of his privilege to use the reservoir where the violation occurs and, in addition, liable for all damage and expense thereby caused to the City, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by City, by reason of such violation or by reason of enforcing the provisions of the ordinance. In addition, the penalties provided within § 10.99 of the Revised Code of Ordinances shall apply to each violation of any provision of this Ordinance.
