Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500.00 nor more than $5,000.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation of a provision of this Ordinance occurs shall be considered a separate offense. In addition to the imposition of a fine, any violator of any provision of this Ordinance shall be subject to issuance of an injunction to restrain violations of the Ordinance.
