Notwithstanding any other remedies or procedures available to the City, any user who is found to have violated any provision of this Ordinance or any notice issued hereunder may be assessed an administrative penalty not to exceed $50.00 per violation. Each day on which non-compliance shall occur or shall continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation. Such assessment shall be added to the user’s next scheduled sewer service charge and shall be subject to collection in the same manner as all other charges for sewer service. The administrative penalty described herein shall be imposed by the City Manager upon the written recommendation of the Chief Building Inspector of the City. Notice of the imposition of the administrative penalty shall be given to the user immediately upon said administrative penalty being imposed.
