Any commercial establishment which discharges or may discharge heavy solids into the sanitary sewer not otherwise regulated by a provision of this Ordinance or other more restrictive local, State or federal law or rule shall install sand or similar interceptor that will prevent the discharge of heavy solids into the sewer system. Sand and similar interceptors for heavy solids shall be designed and located so as to be prevent discharge of heavy solids into the sanitary sewer and at a minimum shall meet the requirements of Section III herein.
