921.23 ENFORCEMENT.

Denial, suspension, or revocation of a permit (HWDP) will be decided by an enforcement committee, and after offering to hear from the affected SRF user. The enforcement committee will be composed of:

(a) Village Administrator.

(b) Wastewater Technician.
