909.13 INTERFERENCE WITH VILLAGE TREE BOARD.

No person shall prevent, delay or interfere with the Village Tree Board, or any of its members or agents, while engaging in and about the planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying or removing of any tree on Village, public or private property as authorized by this chapter.
