909.02 PLANTING OF VILLAGE TREES BY PROPERTY OWNERS.

This chapter does not prohibit the planting of trees on Village property by adjacent property owners, provided that the selection and location of such trees are in accordance with the guidelines established in Sections 153.04 and 909.03.
