509.10 PERMITTING DRUNKENNESS OR LEWD OR BOISTEROUS CONDUCT.

(a) No person shall permit any rioting, reveling, intoxication or drunkenness, or any lewd or boisterous conduct within his building or dwelling or on or about his premises.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
