4-3-32: USE OF STREETS AND ALLEYS:
The permit holder shall not cut the oiled surface of the streets or alleys and shall in those subdivisions in which all utilities are buried under the surface of the ground, carry their cable underground. (Ord. 654, 2-28-66)
