The permit holder shall, upon notice from the Council to its office personnel in the City, remove all poles, towers, wires, cables and other impediments which interrupt or interfere with necessary City improvements, including, but not limited to, construction of streets, alleys, storm service sewers, sidewalks and other City improvements which are, in the opinion of the Council, necessary within the City. Such removal shall be at the permit holder's expense. (Ord. 654, 2-28-66)
