4-3-28: COMPLIANCE:

The permit holder shall and must comply with all applicable City ordinances and the violation of any applicable City ordinance and this Chapter shall be unlawful and punishable under the general penalty sections of the City Code, and shall subject the permit holder to revocation and cancellation of a permit granted hereunder.
