4-3-15: PERMIT COVENANTS:
The permit issued by the Clerk shall contain a covenant signed by the parties to whom the permit is issued certifying that the holder of the permit shall comply with all the terms and conditions of this Chapter and the orders provided under Section 4-3-10 hereof. (Ord. 654, 2-28-66)
