4-3-13: MONTHLY REPORTS:

The permit holder shall cause a duplicate invoice for subscribers subscribing to said permit holder's service and shall monthly file a consolidated report with the Clerk listing all subscription sales and cancellations. Such report shall be accompanied by the individual invoices. (Ord. 654, 2-28-66)
