Following words shall have the meanings given for purpose of this chapter:
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: | Those alcoholic beverages as defined by Idaho Code section 23-105. |
BEER AND SELTZER: | Any beverage obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of an infusion or decoction of barley malt and/or other ingredients in drinkable water. |
DOG RUNNING AT LARGE: | A dog(s) who is off the premises of the owner and that is not under the control of an owner by leash, voice control, or confined in a vehicle or other enclosure (other than dogs within the confines of a designated dog park). |
HUNTING: | To hunt, destroy, harm, frighten, kill, trap, chase, tease, shoot or throw missiles at any animal, reptile, or bird (excluding fish); nor shall anyone remove or have in their possession the young of any wild animal, or the eggs or nest, or young of any reptile or bird (excluding fish). |
PARK: | A park, playground, recreation center, or any other similar area in the City, owned or used by the City. |
PERSON: | Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind. |
