This chapter 1-14 shall terminate and be of no force and effect six (6) months after its effective date, or upon termination of the mayor's declaration of emergency that was approved, ratified and extended by council on March 17, 2020 as Resolution 10-20, whichever is later. (Ord. 1692, 3-23-2020)
