8-8-13: PENALTIES:
Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties in accordance with section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 1304, 8-9-1999)
