8-3-8: EMERGENCY CLOSURE:
The City Parks and Recreation Director shall have the authority to temporarily close the cemetery, or any portion thereof, at such times as he deems necessary to protect the cemetery, and in the best interest of the City. (Ord. 1590, 11-26-2012)
