The following sounds are exempt from the provisions of this chapter between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.:
A. Sounds originating from temporary construction sites, which sounds are necessary to the construction.
B. Sounds originating from parades, carnivals and athletic events.
C. Lawn mowers, chain saws and other power tools when used in the normal intended manner.
D. The normal sounds associated with public swimming pools, excluding loud speakers. (Ord. 1002, 12-13-1982; amd. 1990 Code)
