Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this chapter shall be punished by the penalties as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
When the offense is designated as an infraction by any section or provision of this chapter or by State law, it is punishable only by a penalty as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 1675, 12-27-2018)
