745.44 LIMITED EFFECT OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE'S CERTIFICATE.

The certificates of the Director of Finance provided for in Sections 745.41 to 745.43 inclusive, shall not bar subsequent investigations, examination, audits, assessments, and refunds with respect to the taxpayer.
