741.09 WEAPONS, SELLING.

The annual license fee to sell or offer for sale pistols, revolvers, dirks, slingshots, billies, bowie knives, or other weapons of like kind, shall be ten dollars ($10.00). No license shall be issued without the prior certification of the Chief of Police.
