The annual license fee to keep or maintain a billiard or pool table, or table of like kind, for public use, where any charge is made for the use thereof, shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). If more than one of such tables is kept in the same building by the same person, the fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first one and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional one.
