705.17 USE BY OTHER THAN OWNER.

No person shall apply for, or cause to be applied for, or use, or cause to be used, a license or permit in the name of any agent, employee, officer or other person, or resort to any subterfuge for the purpose of evading any provision of the Codified Ordinances.
