705.07 DUPLICATE LICENSE OR PERMIT.

Any licensee or permittee who states that he has lost his license or permit certificate, or that such certificate has been destroyed or mutilated, shall be issued a duplicate of such certificate, plainly marked as such, upon payment of a certificate fee of one dollar ($1.00), if then otherwise entitled to such certificate.
