705.01 CITY LICENSING OFFICER.

The City Clerk shall be the City Licensing Officer and unless otherwise provided, shall issue all licenses and permits required by the Codified Ordinances. Unless otherwise specifically provided this article shall apply to all licenses and permits issued by the City.
