(a) Whoever violates Section 525.04 shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
(b) Any minor who violates Section 525.05 shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure. Any parent or guardian or other adult who violates Section 525.05 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00); for a second offense shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00); and for a third or subsequent offense shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
