505.99 PENALTY.

Any person convicted of violating any provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and fined up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the first offense; for subsequent offenses, such fine shall be a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00), not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1000.00).
