361.15 UTILITY TRAILERS.
   (a)   Definition: “Utility trailer” means a trailer that has an axle and a frame that can be used to haul any type of material or equipment.
   (b)   Parking of Utility Trailers: It shall be unlawful to park a utility trailer not attached to a vehicle, upon a public street, except when it is actually being loaded or unloaded.
