(a) The Historic Landmarks Commission shall meet not less than once a month, or as deemed necessary by a majority of the voting members.
(b) A quorum of the Commission consisting of three members shall be necessary to meet and transact business.
(c) Each member of the Commission shall have one vote, including the officers thereof.
