(a) There is hereby created and established a Commission which shall be known as the City of Moundsville Historic Landmarks Commission.
(b) Such Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the City Manager.
(c) The terms of the members of the Commission shall be for a period of two years to begin on January 1 of each odd-numbered year, except for the initial appointees who shall be members until December 31, 2014, regardless of when they are appointed prior thereto.
(d) Members of the Commission shall serve at the will and pleasure of the City Manager and can be removed without cause and without notice or hearing.
(e) Vacancies shall be filled by the City Manager for any time remaining on an unexpired term. (Ord. 8-20-13.)
