1767.07 FEES AND CONDITIONS.
   (a)    All inspections shall be scheduled during regular business hours, unless otherwise
approved by the Code Official.
   (b)    Re-inspection fees of thirty dollars ($30.00) per unit shall be charged to the property owner for each inspection of property requiring more than two inspections for compliance.
   (c)    Application fees of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for Board of Appeals hearings.
