The work contemplated in the issuance of all permits, shall be initiated by the permittee within thirty days after the issuance of any such permit, and completed within six months after the issuance of any such permit; otherwise, the Building Inspector shall declare the permit null and void, and shall notify the permittee of the same. The time limitations contained herein may be reasonably extended in the sole discretion of the Building Inspector.
