Feeding of wildlife is prohibited in the municipality. No person shall intentionally scatter, distribute or otherwise place corn, bread, or any other food upon the ground or otherwise for the purpose of feeding any wild fowl, birds, deer, or other wild, feral, or undomesticated animal in the City. Provided that typical small elevated bird feeders shall be permitted. Further provided that the prohibition in this section shall not apply to feeding fowl or rabbits kept pursuant to a valid permit issued by the City Clerk pursuant to Section 1362.33(e) of the City Code.
