171.12 ENFORCEMENT OF PENALTIES AND COSTS.

The Police Judge shall have power to issue executions for all fines, penalties and costs imposed by him, or he may require the immediate payment thereof in default of such payment and he may commit the party in default to jail for not to exceed ten days.
