171.05 PROCEDURE UPON ARRESTS WITHOUT WARRANT.
   When a person arrested without a warrant is brought before the Police Judge, a complaint shall be filed and a warrant issued forthwith. The officer executing the warrant shall make return thereof to the Police Judge.
