333.14 SAFETY AND TREATMENT PROGRAM; REISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

A person whose license has been revoked or suspended shall participate in and successfully complete a treatment program designated by the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles in order to be eligible for reinstatement of said license, pursuant to the provisions of W. Va. Code § 17C-5A-3.
