171.01 JURISDICTION, POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Police Judge shall exercise all of the powers and duties set forth in the City Charter and the West Virginia Code. The Police Court shall have criminal jurisdiction over violations of the Codified Ordinances and all other ordinances of the City.
