(a) Each member of the City of Moundsville Firemen’s Civil Service Commission and the City of Moundsville Policemen’s Civil Service Commission shall be paid the sum of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each meeting attended, not to exceed one h undred fifty dollars ($150.00) per calendar month. Members may also be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties if Council has provided a budget of funds for such purposes and if there has been approval received from the Commission in advance for such reimbursement.
