1373.01 BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS (BZA) CREATED.

There is hereby created a board of zoning appeals to hear appeals on zoning issues and to hear conditional use permit application and variance applications to be known as the City of Moundsville Board of Zoning Appeals. (Passed 10-3-17.)
