1362.29 NIGHT CLUBS, TAVERNS, BREWERY PUBS.
   (a)   The total number of such establishments in concurrent operations within any zoning district where permitted cannot exceed ten (10).
   (b)   The gross floor area to customer ratio shall be one (1) customer for every fifty (50) square feet of gross floor area. (Passed 10-3-17.)
