1358.03 CONDITIONAL USES.

   (a)   The following shall be conditional uses in the Industrial District:

      (1)   Adult Business

      (2)   Correctional Facility

      (3)   Distillery

      (4)   Extractive Industry

      (5)   Factory-built Home Rental Community

      (6)   Hospital

      (7)   Hotel/Motel

      (8)   Recreation, Private

      (9)   Research and Development

      (10)   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (a)(10) was repealed by an ordinance passed September 19, 2019.)

      (11)   Sewage Treatment Facility

      (12)   Solar System, Small

      (13)   Solar System, Large

      (14)   Solid Waste Disposal Areas/Facility

      (15)   Telecommunications, Class II

      (16)   Telecommunications, Class III

      (17)   Tourist or Trailer Camps

      (18)   Video Lottery Establishment

      (19)   Water Treatment Plant

      (20)   Winery   

      (21)   Wind Energy System
