1353.02 USES PERMITTED BY RIGHT.

(a) The following shall be uses permitted by right in the Multi-Family Residential District:

(1) Dwelling, Multi-Family

(2) Dwelling, Single-Family

(3) Dwelling, Townhouse

(4) Dwelling, Two-Family

(5) Federal, State, County, Municipal Offices

(6) Group Residential Facility

(7) Group Residential Home

(8) Parking Lot

(9) Recreation, Public

(10) Senior Independent Housing

(11) Solar Energy System, Small

(12) Telecommunications, Class I

(Passed 10-3-17.)
